Q. Why do refills need to be within 3 weeks?
While some people choose to get lashes just for a special occasion most of our clients fall in love with their new look and want to maintain it.
Your own lashes naturally fall out every 4 – 8 weeks and along with them, the lashes that are applied. To keep your lashes looking full and even refills are required at 2-3 weeks for best results.
Whilst we can still refills lashes between 3-4 weeks, you will have lost significantly more lashes and will require a longer appointment time to apply more and pricing will be adjusted accordingly.
Q. Will extensions damage my own lashes?
If applied correctly, no. Our lash technician is very careful to use only the necessary amount of glue during the application so there is no clumping or irritation.
We use a gentle primer, no toxic glue and all tools and instruments are single use or sterilized between clients.
Q. I’ve had lashes elsewhere- can you refill these?
Unfortunately, no. As every lash technician uses different lash sizes, lengths and brands we are not able to refill from another technicians work as it will not give you the best possible result, which is of upmost priority to us.
We can however gently remove your current lashes and apply a fresh, new set with us.
Q. What happens during my appointment?
Once comfortable in our private treatment rooms, your lash technician will consult with you to determine the best style, length, curl and thickness to create your desired look. Your eye area will gently be cleansed, before the lashing process begins. The whole process is completely comfortable and performed with your eyes closed. Many of our clients take a little nap throughout! A full set takes approximately 90 minutes and 60 minutes for refills.
Q. What lashes do you use?
We use only the highest quality silk lashes with a variety of thickness, curl and lengths available. They have a tapered end for a natural look and are extremely soft and lightweight.
