This is your time to relax and let your pampering journey begin. Comfort, Safety & Hygiene Serene is committed to making your visit as comfortable as possible. Rest assured your privacy is respected at all times either with towels or for certain treatments, a Serene robe. We observe and maintain the highest of health standards and use only thoroughly sterilised and sanitised equipment. Attire Underwear or bathers are required for all body treatments and services in wet areas including spa treatments. We will provide you with disposable underwear where appropriate. Gift vouchers Serene gift vouchers can be used for any of the treatments featured in this guide. Mobile phones We kindly request that you switch off your mobile phone before arriving, for your benefit and as a courtesy to others. Timing & duration of treatments We make every endeavour to keep treatments to their allotted time, however we advise that timing and order of treatments for packages in particular are approximate. Cancellation Policy Reservations for more than one hour will be held by a credit card number or gift voucher number. As a courtesy to our many guests and limited availability, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling of treatments. Any cancellations after the required time, or any failure to attend an appointment, will result in your credit card being charged 50% of the treatment value booked, or your gift voucher being fully redeemed.
